JO SIMPSON, President
Jo's father, Peyton Simpson, founded the company in 1971 and as a young business major at the University of Texas, Jo was an eager and active advisor to her dad from the very beginning. She was elected to the board in 2003. Prior to joining the Company full-time in 2004, Jo owned her own advertising agency serving clients in a variety of industries and marketing disciplines. Her 30 years of sales management and marketing experience have helped the company successfully bridge from its founding fathers to its future. Jo has a BBA-Management from the University of Texas at Permian Basin.
ROLAND SANCHEZ, Sales & Service Manager
In 2005 Roland assumed responsibility for coordinating sales through our international dealers in Europe, Central and South America, the Middle East and Asia and in 2006 was promoted to Sales and Service Manager. Roland attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
GARY LYON, Engineering & Manufacturing Manager
Gary came to the Company in 1993 as Project Engineer after extensive experience in the manufacture of heating equipment. Named to his current position in 2006, Gary is responsible for engineering, product design and manufacturing. Gary earned his BS-Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
