PAINTING & POWDER COATING
Paint or powder build-up on paint booth carrying hooks and racks reduces the electrical contact between the hooks and the parts to be painted, with the result that the part is no longer coated properly and much of the paint or powder is wasted. Cleaning with heat in PCPC ovens reduces this buildup to ash, and after a quick rinse, the parts are ready to go back online. (continued)

PLASTICS, FIBER & CHEMICALS
The equipment used to create and shape plastic based materials - screws, dies, molds, breaker plates, spin-packs, tips, hot runners, filters, heat exchangers, tri-mesh screens, and other types of tooling is expensive and must be cleaned routinely without damaging it. PCPC ovens were designed by a polymer chemist to meet the higher level cleaning needs of the Plastics, Fiber and Chemicals industries. (continued)

ELECTRIC MOTOR REBUILDERS
Alternating current electric motors consist of a stationary housing (the stator), a rotor and the end bells. The stator houses a wound copper wire coil, which is insulated by coating it with a varnish that dries to a hard consistency. Prior to rebuilding, the varnish on the copper winding has to be removed and the stator cleaned of any remaining insulating material. (continued)

ENGINE & PARTS REBUILDERS
PCPC ovens are used by some of the world’s largest automobile rebuilders. Reclaimed parts such as used engine blocks and heads, transmission housings, starters, alternators, water pumps, brake shoes, stators, crankshafts and others must be thoroughly cleaned of grease, oil, gaskets, and dirt before rebuilding can proceed.
