Our Burn-Off ovens eliminate acids, strippers, liquid or gaseous solvents, sanding or sandblasting and associated equipment. They also eliminate the handling and disposal of spent stripping materials.

Fully automated, labor-saving operation!
Our unique furnace design, advanced diagnostics and automated control system positively manages the charring of the materials and the rate of emission of smoke and other volatiles inside the furnace. Automatic control of excess temperature with water injection eliminates damage to parts.
Fuel-efficient, safe and built to last!
Space-Age high-temperature soft ceramic fiber insulation and other fuel-efficient features allow the use of burners firing as little as 150,000 BTU per hour to quickly heat the parts and burn the smoke.
PCPC burn-off ovens are equipped with heavy-duty carts specifically designed to hold the desired parts. The cart rolls outside the furnace on removable tracks for easy loading. The cart can be removed for processing parts that are too large for the cart.
